Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant Jello vanilla pudding
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Topping
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2-1 c. chopped pecans
1-2 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 325°. Beat all ingredients at medium speed for 10 minutes. Fold in topping (save about 3 tbsp). Pour batter into pan and top with remaining topping. Bake on a lower oven rack for 50-60 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when ready to serve.

Time is for a full cake, if you're baking cupcakes, loaves, etc...you'll need to adjust the baking time.
